Agnes B. Finch

Finch, Agnes B., passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016. Born Dec. 20, 1919 in Atlantic City to George and Anna Megill, she was the youngest of 12 children. She was an Atlantic County resident her entire life. In her younger years, she worked for the telephone company and later at the Flamingo Shop in Pleasantville. She was a member of the Kismet Club and Alter Rosary Society at St. Peter’s in Pleasantville.

She is predeceased by her parents, her 11 siblings, her husbands, Oscar T. (Occie) Channell and Frank T. Finch, her grandsons, Thomas K (T.K.) Mason, Sr. and Robert J. Mason, Sr. She is survived by her daughter Terry Bennett of Absecon; her son Thomas J. (Donna) Channell of Egg Harbor Twp.; Granddaughters, Terri Brooks (Jay) of EHT, Julie Smith (Scott) of Hammonton, Christy (Brian) Feehan of Brigantine; 12great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and her extended family at Spring Village, Galloway, who gave her much love and care.

Visitation will be 9:45AM to 10:45AM Tuesday August 30, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A funeral mass will follow at 11AM. Burial will follow at Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
