Anthony J. Fevola, 73, of Galloway, passed away July 31, 2020. He was a loving and loyal husband and father. He was a true patriot who loved his country and served in active duty as an SP5 in the Army in Vietnam from 1967-1968. He married his wife, Josephine in 1977 and they enjoyed nearly 43 years together, along with their son, Nicholas, who born in 1982.
Anthony was a hard-working man who gave decades of service in the trucking industry as a dispatcher. Outside of work, he was an avid reader of fiction, non-fiction and personal development, and his book collection was one of his most prized possessions. He loved music and could often be found listening to the marches of John Phillips Sousa or the operatic performances of Luciano Pavarotti. His favorite song was Franz Schubert’s “Ave Maria.” His love for reading and music were passed on to his son. Anthony also had a love and appreciation of history and would soak up as much content as he could, from movies to television series and online videos, sometimes many times over.
His family remembers him as a loving, dedicated husband, proud father and devout Catholic. His spirit and legacy lives on through them.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Josephine, his son, Nicholas, his daughter-in-law, Summer, his brother-in-law Joseph and his sister, Theresa.
