Cecile Rodowicz Ritter, age 71, of Brigantine, died peacefully on February 2, 2014. Loving mother of Raymond, Richard and Matthew, brother of Francis and Richard. Friends and relatives are invited to her funeral mass at St. Martin of Tours Church, 5450 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19124, Saturday, February 22, 2014, at 11am.
