David T. Jackson

Jackson, David Troy, 61 died suddenly in an accident on Wednesday October 5, 2016. He was the son of Bernice M and Willie P Jackson, Sr. He was a life-long Atlantic County resident. He enjoyed golfing, Lionel trains and museums of any kind. He was a retired member of the Association of Municipal Assessors of New Jersey.

Dave is predeceased by his parents, brother, Willie P (Bill) Jr, beloved father figure Wesley Van Dyke and cousin Maryann Van Dyke. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, Jeanne, his sons and their families David, Karen and Samantha, and Erik, Victoria, and Zayden, his brothers Richard and Clyde from Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his extended family; Marie Schmincke, David Schmincke, Janet and Wayne Revelle, June Carroll, Julie and Steve Conger, Jackie Coulter, Betsy Schmincke, Mark Willmann, favorite cousins Debbie Smith and Paul VanDyke, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and favorite sister-in-law, Karen Wimberg.

Visitation will be 6PM to 8PM Wednesday October 12, 2016 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon and also 9:45AM to 10:45AM Thursday, October 13 at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. Funeral service will follow at 11AM.
