Elizabeth A. Meyers

Meyers, Elizabeth Anne, 80, of Smithville, passed away July 6, 2017. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Bayonne and East Brunswick before moving to Smithville in 2000. Elizabeth worked for the East Brunswick Board of Education Transportation Department as a student scheduler for 12 years before retiring in 1999. In her free time, she loved to travel, going out to eat, shopping and watching television.

She is predeceased by her parents, John P. and Edna Connolly; and her son, James Meyers. She is survived by her husband, James R. Meyers; her daughter and son-in-law, Joanne and Nelson Abrams of Oxford, NJ; her brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Sheran Connolly of Gainesville, GA; her sister, Patricia Sharp, of Shrewsbury, NJ; her daughter-in-law, Toni Meyers of Port St. Lucie, FL; and her grandchildren, Nelson Abrams and Chelsea Abrams of Oxford, NJ and Christina Meyers and Kelli Meyers of Port St. Lucie, FL.
