Ellen A. Simmons

Simmons, Ellen A., 74 of Atlantic City, passed away July 22, 2017. Ellen was born in Atlantic City and grew up in Ventnor Heights. She spent most of her adult life back in Atlantic City. She spent her remaining years with her mother at Meadowview Nursing Home in Northfield. Ellen had a strong catholic faith and her rosary was never far from her. She loved to read, write poetry and short stories, having some of her works published over the years. In her free time, she was also a fan of watching horror movies.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edgar and Holly Kaiser; her mother, Margaret Wagener; and her grandchildren, Benjamin and Aidan Kaiser.

A memorial gathering will be 10:30AM to 11:30AM, with a service beginning at 11:30AM on Saturday July 29, 2017 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. Burial will be private. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
