Frances M. Adirzone

Frances M. Adirzone, 102, of Absecon, passed away March 12, 2025. Born in Pleasantville, she lived in Absecon for many years. She worked as a telephone operator and became a supervisor for New Jersey Bell Telephone in Pleasantville for 18 years prior to her retirement in 1977. She was a long-time member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Absecon where she was a member of the Comfort Ministry for many years and was also a member of AARP in the Absecon area. In her free-time, she enjoyed spending time, eating out and socializing with her friends.

She is predeceased by her husband, James J. Adirzone; her parents, Walter and Marie (Hires) Sooy; her aunt and uncle, Ruth and Reginald Orlandi; and her cousin and her husband, Ruth and Wilson Turner, Jr. She is survived by her niece and husband, Lori and Mark Turner, Sr.; as well as her other beloved family members, Shannon Turner and her children, Danny and Parker, Melissa Turner, Lindsey Turner, Mark Turner, Jr. (Rachael Donnelly), Carl Turner, Sr. (Annmarie) and Steacy Turner.

A visitation will be 9:45AM to 10:45AM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11AM.
