Frank Carey

Frank Raymond ‘Bud’ Carey, 82, of Egg Harbor Township, died Thursday, November 08, 2012. Born in Atlantic City, He’s lived in Egg Harbor Township for 35 years. Mr. Carey worked for RCA Maxwell Company in Atlantic City for 46 years, retiring in 1998 as the shop foreman. He was a veteran of the army, serving in World War II. His hobbies included being an avid fisherman, especially in his younger years.

He is survived by his son, Frank R. (Mary) Carey, Jr. of Egg Harbor Township; his sisters, Eleanor Haworth and Margaret McGettigan, both of Atlantic City; and his granddaughter, Eileen Carey.

Visitation will be 10AM to 12PM, Monday, November 12, 2012 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will follow immediately at 12PM. Burial will follow at Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, PO Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011.
