Haroon Bhatti, age 19, of Galloway, passed away on August 9, 2024. Born on February 16th, 2005, he grew up and lived in Galloway. Haroon was a proud member of the New Jersey National Guard, serving in the Bravo 13 unit, where he found great fulfillment in serving his country. In his free time, he took on the important role of being a brother—not just to his biological siblings, but also to his friends and companions, whom he loved deeply. He cherished moments with family and friends, always filling the room with his vibrant and charismatic energy. Haroon’s genuine and strong spirit left a profound and lasting impact on everyone he met. He was more than just a brother; he was a soldier, a friend, and most importantly, the son of a very strong woman. Although his life was short, the profound and meaningful impact he made with the little time that he had will ensure he is always remembered in our hearts.
Haroon is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Rosen; youngest sister Ester Bhatti; younger brother, Mousa Bhatti; twin sister, Maryiam Bhatti; as well as his aunt and uncle Irfan and Aqeela Bhatti; and “the boys” as he’d say. He is survived by his loving girlfriend, Marissa and everyone who keeps his memory alive, he loves you all.
Visitation will be 2:00PM to 3:30PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Absecon Presbyterian Church, 208 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. The service will immediately follow at 3:30PM. Burial will take place at Absecon Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be placed at www.parselsfh.com.
