Howard J. Baake

Howard J. Baake, 62, of Galloway, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Born and raised in Atlantic City, he lived in Somers Point for 15 years before moving to Galloway 13 years ago. Mr. Baake worked in Environmental Services at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center Mainland for 19 years. In his free time, he loved listening to the radio, taking care of his wife, and having their dog Precious by his side.

Howard is predeceased by his parents, Royden and Harriot Baake and his step-daughter Debra Kirkpatrick. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Barbara Baake; His sister and brother, Frances Baake and Richard Baake; His step-daughter Dawn Christensen and her husband Robert Christensen and their children Robert and Kenneth Christensen and his niece Charmaine Bishop.

The family would like to thank the staff at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center – City Division, especially the hospice team for the special care provided to Howard.
