James L. Carty

James L. Carty Sr. 41 of Egg Harbor Twp., passed away on January 16, 2017 after a 20-year illness. Family was everything to him, he is survived by his loving wife Patty, his 4 children who he adored, Nikole, James Jr, Megan, and Andrew, parents Ron and Mabel Carty, brothers Buddy Truax (Theresa) and Ron Strauss, nephew Ronnie and niece Taylor, his Aunts and Uncles Grace Jones, Dolly Jester (Bill), James Truax (Ida), Tommy Truax (Pat), Dora Myers (Karl), Mary Rietti (Terry), Judy DeRosa, and Judy Wolk, many cousins and friend.

Predeceased by: Grandparents, James and Sophie Truax, George and Dorothy Carty, uncles, Ralph, George, Julius, and Charlie, cousins Stevie, Jamie Lee, Sophie Ann, Chuckie, Ralph and Dick.

James was a graduate of the Egg Harbor Township class of 1993. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his family, drawing, fishing, playing sports, camping and cheering for his Philadelphia EAGLES.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28th, at Trinity Lodge 563 Zion Road, Egg Harbor Twp. Family and friends can visit from 11 – 11:30am service is at 12 noon.
