Jane E. McNeal, age 95 of Wymore passed away on June 14, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Center in Beatrice. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 26, 1921 to Andrew and Jennie (Erskine) Riehm. She attended school at Atlantic City Friends School for 7 years and was a graduate of Atlantic City High School in 1938. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Montclair Teachers College in 1942 and a master’s degree from Glassborough State College in 1960. Jane taught high school English for over 35 years. On March 17, 1955, Jane married James K. McNeal, III in Northfield, New Jersey. She resided in Woodbury and Northfield, New Jersey before moving to Wymore in 2006. She was a member of Ocean City Presbyterian Church in New Jersey for over 40 years and was currently a member of the Wymore United Presbyterian Church. Jane taught Bible school and was a member of Women of the Church. She enjoyed Bible study and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Rev. James K. McNeal, IV of Wymore, William McNeal Esq. and wife Sonja of Phoenix, Arizona, Jane E. McNeal of Millville, New Jersey, and Mary M. Infantolino and husband Edward of Celebration, Florida; and grandchildren, Allison (Taylor) Motsenbocker, Mary, Edward, Catherine, John, Andrew, and Christine Infantolino. She was preceded in death by her husband, James McNeal (1996), and her parents. Services for Jane will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Wymore United Presbyterian Church with Jim McNeal officiating. Burial will take place 11AMat Laurel Memorial Park in Egg Harbor Township, NJ on Saturday, June 24, 2017. A memorial has been established to the Wymore Presbyterian Church with the church in charge.
