John Peter Queen II. aka Johnny 56, of Absecon NJ, born to Joan E. Taylor-Queen and the late John Peter Queen I. on May 8, 1964 in Somers point NJ. John Departed this life peacefully in his sleep on August 16, 2020, after fighting a long life’s battle of Multiple Sclerosis. John attended the Pleasantville public school system. He was employed as a blackjack dealer, a mechanic, and self-employed DJ named Johnny Quick, and owned his own construction business in Philadelphia PA, from 2002-2008 where the Multiple Sclerosis attacked and rapidly took its toll on his body where he was unable to recover until his last day. John was very intelligent, joyful, playful, and flirtatious, he loved driving fast cars, he always dressed to impress and loved smelling good, he never allowed his ailment to dampen his high spirits. John is predeceased by his father John P. Queen I, sister Shirley Queen and granddaughter Sah’Masia Powell. John is survived by his mother Joan Queen Sr of Pleasantville, 3 daughters Myisha Queen-Brown of Mays Landing NJ, Brionna Queen of Pine Hill NJ, and Majanai Gaskins of Orlando Fl. 3 sons John P. Queen III of Cherry Hill NJ, Jonte Queen Of Phila PA and Jabreel Queen of Galloway NJ. 4 sisters Dawn Pagan of Chestertown Md, Joan Queen Jr of Phila PA, Virginia Queen of Pleasantville NJ, and Jenniffer Orszag Queen of Huntington Beach CA, 1 brother Arthur Siler (Belinda) of AC, 11 grandchildren Sah’Myia, Stephen, and Syncere Powell; Weston Smith; Jace, Jamari, and Jaire Queen, and 4 others un-named, along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces Nephews, Cousin, additional family and friends. An outdoor memorial/repast service will be held for Mr. John P. Queen II, On Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 9 South Hampden Court Pleasantville New Jersey 08232, at 3:00 pm.
