June C. Florio

Florio, June C. (nee Covello), 79, of Pleasantville, was called home to be with the Lord, peacefully and surrounded by her family, on August 4, 2015. June was born in Montclair, NJ and worked at Ivers Lee Pharmaceutical Plant in West Caldwell, NJ. She also worked at Annin Flag Co. in Verona, NJ. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and raising her children in West Caldwell. Later she lived in Absecon for 22 years before moving to Pleasantville 7 years ago.

June was predeceased by her husband, Anthony J. Florio; and her 2 sisters, Bonnie Ryan and Patty Covello. She is survived and beloved mother to her daughter, Laura Smith; her 2 sons, Philip and Anthony Florio; her sister, Mary DeFalco; and her beloved grandchildren, Joseph Florio, Mark Smith and Gianna Florio.

Visitation will be 8:30AM to 10:30AM, Monday August 10, 2015 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will immediately follow at 10:30AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
