Louise J. Miller

Miller, Louise J. (Weez), (Rosasco), 88, of Absecon, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2016 at home, surrounded by her family. Born in Detroit, MI, she has lived in Absecon for many years. Louise was a registered nurse, graduating from ACCC. She was one of the first groups of RN’s to open Atlantic Regional Medical Center, Mainland Division in 1975. She continues working with Atlanticare through the late 1980’s. She was previously a girl-scout leader with the Absecon troop, former president of the Jaycettes and member of the Jaycees Auxiliary Ladies Group.

She is predeceased by her husband, Calvin P. Miller, Sr.; and her brother, Rich Rosasco. She is survived by her children, Calvin P. (Linda) Miller, Jr., Toni A. (Mike) Wright, Barbara (Frank) Calabrese, Daniel (Heather) Miller, Sr. and Ann (Dan) Vanneman; her sister-in-law, Karen Rosasco; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be 2PM to 3:30PM Friday July 15, 2016 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will follow at 3:30PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your favorite charity. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
