Lucille Marrone, died May 13, 2012. Born and raised in Atlantic City, she was the head drum majorette for the VFW post 215, Willis Gale Drum and Bugle Corp, Junior Cadets. She was also a member of the Ventnor Roller Skating Club, a life long member of Sigma Beta Pi, she also was an avid skier. She enjoyed a lengthy career as an executive secretary at Bally's Park Place in Atlantic City.
Surviving are her three children, Mark (Daryl), Jane-Ann and Kurt (Carla); Five grandchildren; Five great-grandchildren; her brother, Thomas Gilmartin; her four sisters, Mary Brandel, Jane Friedley, Marge Case and Bettie-Lou Roncace.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from 10AM to 12PM at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 1409 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, followed by a funeral mass beginning at 12PM.
