Margaret Jones

Margaret ‘Connie’ Jones, 88, a lifelong resident of Absecon, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at Atlanticare, City Division. Margaret worked in the dental field for many years prior to her retirement. She and her husband enjoyed volunteering for the Atlantic City Hospital Auxiliary, Mainland Division. Her hobbies included boating and fishing and she was a frequent patron of the Crab Trap in Somers Point.

She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Charles H. Jones; also her brothers and sister, Edgar A. Conover Jr., Willis D. Conover, Somers F. Conover and Dolores Blood. She is survived by her sister, Erma Baker of Fort Myers Fl. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 7PM to 9PM, Monday, May 12, 2014 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. Visitation will also be 10AM to 10:30AM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
