Obituary For Marion Steinman
Marion H. Steinman, 85, of Galloway Township passed away onSunday, December 25 at home with her family by her side. Born inAtlantic City, she lived throughout the country and world as amilitary wife. After her husband Fred’s discharge, they settled in Galloway. Mrs. Steinman was a Jitney Driver in Atlantic City for over 30 years. She enjoyed sewing and traveling, particularly on cruises and trips toNorth Carolina and Florida. More than anything, she enjoyed timespent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Steinman in 1980,her son-in-law, James Milton, and by her longtime companion, Robert D. Green, in 2017. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Catherine Dempsey (Peter) of Galloway, Frederick Jr.(Jeanne) of Egg Harbor Twsp., Joseph (Denise) 0f Galloway, NancyMilton of Georgia, Lisa Thomas (Raymond) of Egg HarborTownship, and Michael (Beverly) of Egg Harbor Township; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.A memorial gathering will be held at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 NewJersey Avenue, Absecon, on Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11am to1pm.
