Mary Conover Carnevale

Mary Jane Conover Carnevale, 82, of Galloway, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at home. Born and raised in Atlantic City, she’s lived in Port St. Lucie, Fl., since 1987, before moving back to Conovertown recently. Mrs. Carnevale graduated from Pleasantville High School in 1948. She worked as a secretary for various doctors, at the Seaview Country Club and finally with Ancora Outpatient services in Atlantic City, before retiring. She was a former member of the United Methodist Church at Absecon. As hobbies, she enjoyed playing the organ and was also an artist.

She is predeceased by her first and second husband, John W. Conover, III and Alfonzo Carnevale; and her son, Keith Conover. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-laws, Chuck and Irma Conover, John and JoAnn Conover and Dwight Conover; as well as 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
