Mary E. Garcia

Mary E. Garcia, 52, of Ventnor, passed away peacefully, July 28, 2016. Born in Los Angeles, CA, she lived in Indiana before moving to Ventnor 20 years ago. Mary worked at the Advantage Club Restaurant at Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City for 19 years. In her free time, she enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was met in heaven by her father and her brother, both Carlos Casas. She is survived by her daughters, Rosalinda Garcia and Jennifer Garcia; her brothers and sister, Juan Casas, Manuel Casas and Amanda Casas; her grandchildren, Mya, Katelyn, Lizabeth and Sebastian; her step-mother, Maria Casas. Her life was greatly impacted by her sisters-in-law, Theresa Garcia and Mari Casas.

Visitation will be Friday, July 29, 2016 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. Visitation will also be on Saturday from 1PM to 2PM.at St. Monica’s Parish, Our Lady Star of The Sea Church, 2651 Atlantic Ave., Atlantic City, NJ. A funeral mass will be offered at 2:00P.M.
