Mary H. Mawhinney

Mawhinney, Mary H., 78, of Exmore, VA, passed away peacefully at home November 24, 2016. Born in Atlantic City, she lived in Northfield over 30 years, before moving to Exmore 6 years ago. Mary enjoyed cooking, travelling and playing bingo in her free time. She also was an animal lover. She especially loved the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Harriet Marie Sites and her brother, Thomas Kinsell. She is survived by her husband, Joseph T. Mawhinney; her children, Joanne (Tony) Faily of Little Rock, AK, and Charles (Nicole) Naylor of Northfield, NJ; her brothers and sister, Ernie (Joan) Kinsell, Easte Griffen and Harry Kinsell; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10AM to 11AM Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will follow immediately at 11AM. Burial will follow at Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
