Medina Devera Deguzman

Medina DeVera DeGuzman, 93, of Absecon, passed away September 24, 2017. Born in Bayambang, Philippines, she lived in Baltimore, MD before moving to Absecon over 20 years ago. While living in the Philippines, she worked as a beautician. Once in the United States, she continued doing facials and massages for her friends and family. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing and loved dancing.

She is predeceased by her parents; her son, Oscar DeGuzman and her daughter, Cristina DeLumen. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Rose DeGuzman, Ernesto DeGuzman, Renato and Rosita DeGuzman, Romeo and Juanita DeGuzman, Mario and Mary Ann DeGuzman and Luz DeGuzman; her daughters and sons-in-law, Norma and Fernando Camarillo, Milagros Amorado and Efren DeLumen. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:30AM to 10:30AM Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon.
