Michael Ficca

Michael J. Ficca (Mike), 61, of Absecon, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Mr. Ficca was born in Philadelphia, PA to Mildred and the late Anthony Ficca. He also lived in Brigantine for several years before settling his family in Absecon in 1984. Mr. Ficca spent his career in the dental industry, working as a dental technician for many years. He enjoyed an active life style. His interests included crabbing, biking and he was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. His wife and sons would like to thank their family and friends for their continued support during the last few weeks.

In addition to his father, he is predeceased by his brother, Anthony. He is survived by his devoted wife, Debbie (nee Anastasi); his sons, Daniel and David; his adoring grandson, Ryan and soon to be Braydon; his mother, Mildred; his brothers, Frank and David; his sisters, Anna and Nancy; and his sweet dog, Sadie.

A funeral mass will be offered 11AM Saturday, October 27, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Avenue in Absecon.
