Norma D. Kilgour

Kilgour, (Morton) Norma D. of Egg Harbor Twp, NJ passed away on November 29, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Pleasantville, NJ where she lived until she married. She and her husband raised their family in Galloway Township, NJ and then moved to Fort Pierce, Florida to enjoy their retirement years.

Norma is predeceased by her loving and devoted husband, Henry R. Kilgour, Sr. and sweet little boy, Henry R. Kilgour, Jr.; father, John Morton, mother Norma Purdy(Grimm); and sister, Barbara Ketschek (Purdy).

She is survived by three daughters, Dorothy Meneses, Deborah Robbins, and Barbara Wallace-Haley, brothers Harry C. Purdy and John B. Morton.

Norma enjoyed Twelve Grandchildren, Fifteen Great-Grandchildren and One Great-Great-Granddaughter. She liked Birdwatching, Video Games, Crafts, Crossword Puzzles and making her weekly calls for the “Contact of Cape Atlantic” organization where she had volunteered for 18 years calling her homebound friends.

Visitation will begin at 11AM on Friday, December 6, 2024 with a service immediately following at 12 Noon at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Avenue, Absecon, NJ. Burial will follow at Laurel Memorial Park on Pomona Road in Pomona, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to “Contact of Cape-Atlantic”.
