Patricia A. Jiacopello

Jiacopello, Patricia A., 79, of Absecon, passed away peacefully in her sleep to join her husband Lou and son Tommy in heaven on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Patricia, or as everyone knew her “Boots”, was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Patricia worked at Pathmark for most of her life and taught us how to juggle work, family responsibilities and still make it to every sporting event. Patricia enjoyed reading, going to the casino, traveling, bingo and her winters in Florida, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Lou, a son Thomas and her sister Kay. She is survived by her children, Louis, Jr. (Cyndi) of Tabernacle, Vincent (Melanie) of Egg Harbor Township, and Marie (Tim) of Galloway Township; seven grandchildren Flavia, Vincent, Nicholas, Louis III, Gina, Ryan, and Kyle. Also, survived by her brothers, Tony and Charles, her sister, Nancy, her sister-in-law, Dorothy and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Mary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews that she enjoyed watching their families grow.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a mass of Christian burial at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Absecon, NJ on Wednesday April 12, 2017, at 11:00AM where friends may call from 8:45AM to 10:45AM. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
