Reginald E. Forbey

Reginald E. Forbey, 78, of Absecon, died Friday, May 25, 2012 at Meadowview Nursing Home, Northfield. Born in Atlantic City, he has lived in Absecon for 44 years. He worked for NAFEC, Egg Harbor Township before retiring. He was an avid hunter and loved birds and bird watching. His passion was bowling. He was known for his cowboy attire, always wearing his hat and boots.

He is predeceased by his parents, Eugene and Bertha Forbey; his brother Eugene; and his sister, Alice Mitchell. He is survived by his children; Reginald, Jr., Angela, Regina, Debra and Patricia; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; his brother, Norman; his sisters, Carolyn and Gloria; his special nephew, Lloyd; as well as many other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10AM to 12PM, Friday, June 1, 2012 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon, NJ. A service will follow immediately at 12PM. Interment will be at Absecon Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Absecon. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfuneralhome.com.
