Obituary For Robert (Bobby) Boehm, Jr.
Boehm, Jr., Robert (Bobby), 36, of Absecon, NJ, passed away, on January 11, 2024. Bobby was born in Asbury Park, N.J. on October 26, 1987. Bobby owned Micro-Mechanical in Absecon and DJ and rental business in Brooklyn. He studied computer science at Stockton University and HVAC at Glennco tech.
Bobby was funny, kind, eccentric and just enough ‘crazy’ to make him Unforgettable! His love and kindness for others was genuine. He was very funny and creative, great at impressions, making others smile was effortless for him. He was a meme-master, writing over 1,000 memes, with 12k followers.
One of Bobby’s passions was music. He followed his favorite bands to festivals all over the country, where he also made countless friends. He was living in Brooklyn and working as DJ, 808y and Dusty Blue. He really enjoyed his high school “hardcore” band days and those lasting friendships.
His other passion was mechanics, he was always busy tinkering with his beloved, classic Lexus. His advice was invaluable, he could tell you what was wrong with your car, boat, or home and how to fix it. Bobby combined his mechanical and creative abilities to make his “off the grid” tiny house, he was completing with his father.
Bobby died young in years; but, if a life can be measured in the number of friendships and love; then Bobby died a very old man. He will be terribly missed!
Bobby is pre-deceased by all his grandparents and uncle Peter Pizza. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Diane Boehm of Absecon; Sister, Jennifer Boehm of Brigantine; he also leaves an uncle, John Boehm of Burlington, VT.; two aunts, Joanne Pizza of Lawrenceville, NJ and Laurain Schalk-Pizza of Freehold; and cousins, Emily and Jillian Pizza of Freehold, NJ Funeral services were private. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX. 75284
