Ronald D. Poirier

Poirier, Ronald D., 58, of Pleasantville, passed away Friday February 25, 2022 at the Atlanticare Hospital in Atlantic City after a brief illness. He was born September 26, 1963 in Somers Point, NJ to the late Roland D Poirier Sr. and Martha C Lynch. From a very young age Ron helped raise his three sisters. He was well known back in the day for his roofing and constructions skills, working up and down the Jersey coast. His daughter Stephanie was the love of his life, spending all their time together. He has spent the last 15 years of his life successfully focusing on raising her. He enjoyed taking trips to Maine to visit his mom and sisters. Always finding somewhere new in Maine to explore. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He was also a very good cook and enjoyed cooking for friends and family when they came to visit. He especially loved music and being near the ocean. Ron will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents and a sister, Denise M Poirier. Ronald is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Perez of Pleasantville, NJ; his siblings, Roxanne D. Poirier and her partner, Bryan of Norridgewock, Maine, Rochelle D. Poirier and her partner, Johnny of Canaan, Maine, Renee' D. Poirier of Port St Lucie, Florida and Roland D Poirier Jr. of Florida; as well as a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
