Roseann Betzner

Roseann Betzner, 75, of Galloway, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2013 at her home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she grew up in Atlantic City. She lived in Connecticut before moving back to Galloway Township several years ago. Mrs. Betzner worked as a security guard with Caesars’ Casino in Atlantic City for several years before her retirement. She loved spending time in Vermont and one of her hobbies included square dancing.

Mrs. Betzner is predeceased by her parents Alphonse (Albert) and Veronica (nee Henry) McCafferty; her brothers, Alphonsus McCafferty, Edward (Bud) McCafferty, Raymond (Duke) McCafferty and her twin sister, Martha McCafferty Pezzillo. She is survived by her children; Rabbitt Betzner, William Betzner, III and Donald Betzner; her grandchildren, Shannon Boyer, Rebecca Betzner, Alexis Betzner and Bridget Betzner; and her brother-in-law, Jack Pezzillo.

A memorial gathering will be 6:30PM to 7:30PM, Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7:30PM.
