Vera Mae Kurtz

Vera Mae Kurtz, 85, of Galloway died Friday January 9, 2015. She was predeceased by her loving husband, George Albert Kurtz and is survived by her son, Richard Albert Kurtz, daughter in-law, Lesa Hornaday-Kurtz, grandson Erich and granddaughter Danielle and many nieces and nephews.

Vera gave of herself freely to her family and to her church, St. Peter’s United Methodist in Ocean City, where she was a longtime member of the church and Masterworks choirs. She also volunteered at Betty Bacharach Rehabilitation Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Ocean City on Saturday February 7 at 11am.
